Hello, I've received the lenses in good condition and am in love with the colour. However, there is a huge discomfort on one side of my eye when I put the contacts on. I put the same lens on the other eye to make sure it isn't my eye that is the problem, but the lens itself. The other eye is perfectly fine and comfortable. Am I able to get an exchange or refund on this? Thank you! :)
